Ingredients

6 Spinach Egg White Frittatas

6 St Pierre® Brioche Slider Buns

Mozzarella

2 Avocados, sliced

Spinach

Tomato, sliced

Balsamic Glaze

Everything Bagel Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cook Frittatas according to directions (Toaster oven recommended).

  2. Wash and spinach and tomatoes, slice the tomatoes and avocados. Slice the St Pierre® Brioche Slider Buns in half.

  3. Assemble the sliders by tomato, frittata, mozzarella, avocado, and spinach. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Place the top half of the Slider bun and enjoy!
