Ingredients

4 Superfood Veggie Cakes

1/3 cup marinara sauce

2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp oregano

Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cook Superfood Veggie Cakes according to package directions.

  2. Use a rolling pin to roll the cakes slightly flat. Place the flat cakes on a baking sheet and spread marinara sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  4. Enjoy like a slice of pizza!
