Frittata Breakfast Burrito

A quick and easy vegetarian breakfast!

Ingredients

2 Veggie Bacon & Potato Frittatas

2 large tortillas

1 cup baby spinach

1 large tomato, diced 

½ large ripe avocado, sliced 

Sour Cream and Hot Sauce, for topping

  1. Cook Veggie Bacon & Potato Frittatas according to package directions. 

  2. Divide spinach, tomato, and avocado between the two tortillas.

  3. Dice frittatas and divide between the two burritos. 

  4. Add sour cream and hot sauce to the burritos and then roll-up tightly. Enjoy!
